Euro College Profile

Euro College was formed on the 11th of November 2003 as a joint venture of the two main shareholders: Ljubisa Petrusevski and Linkers Investments. On 29th  of November the  college  has  signed  an agreement  about  academic  support  with  North  European Studies from Greece, representing the programs of Chartered Management Institute, UK. Since then the college has been cooperating with numbers of foreign universities and colleges, the most notable being University of London, University of Wales, Kensington College of Business and London City College.

Presently the college is a partner institution of Apollos University (nationally accredited university from Los Angeles, USA) and is authorized center of the Institute of Professional Management (ICM), a government body from UK.  In 2008, Euro College was accredited and licensed by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Macedonia for the university courses. In 2014, it got an additional accreditation from the Ministry of Education for the professional courses.  Within this capacity, it offers academic courses in the area of Business Management and customized  professional courses  to  the  working  professionals  in  the  country  in  the  area  of Accounting, IT and English language.

Euro College was awarded a European Quality Award in October 2010 as a result of its outstanding achievements in the area of global education. In December 2010, in Vienna, Euro College got a prestigious “Best Enterprise” award by the European Business Assembly, while the Dean of the college, Dr. Petrusevski Ljubisa was voted “Manager of the Year”.

In 2011, Euro College was accredited by IDEAL (International Distance Education Training Council) – a renowned international accrediting agency consisted of academic professionals from Asia, USA and Europe. In the same year Euro College got another international accreditation. This time from Brussels based agency EDU – an intergovernmental accrediting agency whose mission is to curb the questionable activities of fake schools and bogus accreditation agencies currently plaguing the global educational market.

Euro College was awarded the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education until 2020. The Charter will offer a chance to Euro College to compete for the available funds in the framework of the new programs for Education, Training, Youth and Sport in the period from 2014 to 2020.

In 2011, Euro College got their first international students who study for Euro College degrees in United Arab Emirates and Vietnam in cooperation with the respective local colleges. Currently, Euro College is the only educational institution in Macedonia that is exporting Macedonian high education abroad with examination centres in Dubai (UAE), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Lapaz (Ghana) and from 2017 Kerala (India).

Since 26.02.2008, Euro College is accredited by the Accreditation Board of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Macedonia

Euro College is a higher educational university college dedicated to excellence in teaching and service. Through its Undergraduate and Graduate programs in Business Administration, Euro College seeks to stimulate intellectual curiosity, imagination, rational thinking, and thoughtful expression in a broad range of disciplines and professional fields.

Our mission is to graduate students who are knowledgeable, clear‐thinking, articulate, and effective in problem‐ solving.

The academic and administration staff, and students of Euro College are committed to achieving excellence and to placing Euro College in a position of pre-eminence among the higher educational institutions in the region of South East Europe.

Euro College will provide secure and attractive premises encourage intellectual and cultural diversity, foster regional engagement, and value individual growth and development. In these ways, Euro College will prepare its graduates for a life time of learning, achievement and service for the betterment of their societies.

 Community Mission Statement

Since its beginnings the mission of the college was to distinguish itself as a diverse, socially responsible learning community with high quality that will draw its power from the cultural, intellectual and economic resources of Macedonia and from Kumanovo to enrich and strengthen its educational programs. Our quest is to uplift the region’s educational   attainment,   cultural   opportunities,   economic   growth,   environmental quality, scientific and technological progress, and social and personal well‐being.

Euro College is committed to make optimum use of available resources and to celebrate, study, and protect the rich heritage, the quality of life, and the environment of the Balkan region in which it is located.

 Euro College Research Statement

Euro College lays emphasis on efforts to make a contribution to the total body of knowledge through original investigation and creative research. The college has incorporated research methodologies as a means of preparation of its undergraduates and graduates for a future filled with progress, accomplishments, improvement and continuous development of self and the community.

Euro College strives to make available the findings of research and creative activities to the public through publications, business forums, and seminars and conferences.
